We collect the minimum information needed to handle comments, support, volunteering and evidence. Email addresses are private and are not displayed on public pages.

• Comments and reports are pending moderation by default.
• Postcode sector is optional and preferred over full addresses.
• Pending report photos are private until moderation is complete.
• No public personal data is shown unless a resident consents.
• Residents should not name private individuals in reports.
